THRILLERS (you won’t be able to put down!)

BEACH THRILLER by Jamie Day: An appropriately named thriller focusing on the accidental death of Holly’s sister 20 years ago. When Holly returns to her hometown to investigate, sinister warnings, old money and scandals bring treachery and cover-ups. A taut tale guaranteed to keep you guessing and desperate to know the real story.

THE LOST HOURS by Lynn Tavernier: A young bride-to-be falls to her death. Accident or murder? Rich, powerful people have secrets, and money can buy cover-ups. Arrogance knows no limits and someone who committed crimes in the past, still walks guiltlessly free in the present. A savvy plot and blinding twist.

THE SUMMER HOUSE MURDER by Ava Roberts: A twisty, psychological thriller featuring 3 very individual sisters and their families all coming together for their annual family vacation. A dead woman in the lake brings dark secrets from the past and present slowly to the surface. Readers will be repeatedly hit with the “wow” factor!

IT HAPPENED ON THE LAKE by Lisa Jackson: A young woman inherits a private island reeking of it’s ominous past: A suspicious death twenty years ago, along with her boyfriend’s unsolved disappearance. Other deaths. Other accidents. An A+ psychological and twisty thriller.

LONG WAY DOWN by Lisa Kusel: It’s hard to find a character in this story that isn’t hiding something from their past or present. You can almost smell the hidden dysfunction of a treacherously rich and cruel hierarchy. But that won’t protect them from a twisted murder plot. An ending that will make you blink twice.

THE THERAPIST by B.A. Paris: This sophisticated thriller is a quiet, winding thrill ride. The murder of a therapist and questionable new neighbors make this an impossible book to put down. One of the best thrillers we’ve ever read – sure to take your breath away!

CELEBRITY DRAMA:

MALIBU RISING by Taylor Jenkins Reid: A hard hitting and completely mesmerizing story of The Rivas, a famous high profile family bound together for life. The caveat is the BIG party – a party so wild you’ll be quietly shaking your head as you take it all in, along with the aftermath.

GOLDEN AGE STYLE: HOLLYWOOD DRAMA

THE 7 HUSBANDS OF EVELYN HUGO by Taylor Jenkins Reid: An intriguing story following a woman’s rise to fame in the 50’s heyday of glamorous Hollywood to the present. Filled with plenty of scandals and just as many husbands to boot, you’ll be drawn into the Hollywood scene and won’t want to leave!
