Time to whip out the lemonade, cocktails and pop some more summertime tunes into your favorite listening devices.

Past decades have given us some of the best summer songs EVER.  Whether you want soft songs for summer romance, sunny “pop” songs to go cruising to the beach or songs with a hard, danceable summery edge, you need to look no further than these classic vinyl gems.

And how do you prefer your Summertime Blues?  Eddie Cochran’s version in ’58 was a fast-paced, light and airy pure pop version – a perfect song for hitting the beach.  Or maybe you prefer the rock version in ’68 by Blue Cheer.  But wait!  In the 70’s, The Who put this song on the charts AGAIN!  They added an even harder rock and put hardcore “blues” into their Summertime Blues!
