HAPPY, FUN, MOTIVATIONAL MUSIC- #5

Put some spring into your step and bounce your way through this happy, feel good music list with these blasts from our past.  Upbeat feel good music can easily take you out of a bad mood and put you in a better frame of mind.

When you need a little faith, remember the song:  The Bible Tells Me So.  Eric Carmen’s Sunrise savors the morning of a brand new day.  The Rascals were Groovin’ because it was, indeed, a Beautiful Morning. Been sitting on your couch way too long?  Need to get those juices flowing?  Then jump up and do some Barefootin’ with Robert Parker or Twist and Shout to the Beatles or Isley Brothers.

Taking a road trip?  Maybe you should Rock Steady with our beloved queen of soul, Aretha, down her Freeway of Love.  Or just jump into Natalie Cole’s Pink Cadillac.

Sometimes humming or singing silly songs can help!  What the heck does Do Wah Diddy or Chick-A-Boom even mean?  I have no clue, but I still sing along with Manfred Mann or Daddy Dew Drop for an instant smile!

Think about this – God has blessed you with another day.  You’re alive and kicking – so jump around with Rare Earth and Celebrate the day.  It’s a Wonderful World and it’s yours to enjoy.
