Motivational Music

Happy, Fun, Motivational Music – #4

In the 50’s Lloyd Price’s happy-go-lucky song about his girlfriend was filled with Personality. The 60’s were made Some Kind of Wonderful with the help of the Drifters, and Hermans Hermits definitely had us tuned into Something Good. In the 70’s, we were locked into Gene Chandler’s Groovy Situation and Ray Steven’s assured us everything was beautiful in its own way. Peaches and Herb made us shake our groove thing and Aerosmith had us all dreaming on. The eighties brought us pop bands such as The Steve Miller Band, Survivor and Supertramp and they filled our airwaves with fun, upbeat songs that no one could resist. Blondie begged us to “call her” while Robbie Nevil decided “it is what it is,” and that’s the way things go. So put on your dancing shoes or at least skip down the block with a smile on your face to these blasts from the past.
