In 1973, the Raspberries featuring Eric Carmen, got right to the point with their big hit: Hard to Get Over a Heartbreak. Through the decades, heartbreak and heartache music steadily maintained their spot on the Billboard Charts. Glen Campbell’s Galveston, a tale of lost love, tugged at our heart strings. Surely Glen was no stranger to heartbreak — he had been married 4 times (including being married to Tanya Tucker). With Glen’s recent passing at age 81, our hearts broke once again. We will miss this Rhinestone Cowboy.
